The Registrar having made a summary detention order under Section 15 of the principal Act, and Doctors Milles and Marshall having certified in accordance with the provisions of the said Act and form 8 thereunder.

I, hereby authorize the detention of the said lunatic for care and treatment in Her Majesty's Consular Gaol until such time as he can be handed over to Her Majesty's Consul General to be by him transferred to the Hong Kong Lunatic Asylum.
